In Internet Explorer 6 you have the ability to delete all the cookies from your hard drive, without having to do it manually using Windows Explorer. Click on the Tools menu, then Internet Options. Then click on the Delete Cookies button.

How to permanently delete files.

When Windows deletes a file, it's not really erased physically on the hard disk. This way of managing files allows for example to retrieve a deleted file.
Sure Delete allows you to delete a file physically writing null data in place of the data from the file that makes it impossible to recover.
